Pros: Everything that comes with working at Costco, plus being able to change people's lives every day.
Cons: Nothing. It is awesome.
Overworked, Underpaid.

Pros: Stability.
Cons: Work is extremely physical, takes too long to get promoted or get full time status.
Future oppurtuinity.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT):
Pros: After a number of years the salary will increase considerably.
Cons: Inflexible hours.
Corporate Culture, Work Flexibility, Perks.
Cashier:
Pros: Employees are treated with respect and I like the corporate culture. Work flexibility works for me due to children. Busy place and time goes fast.
Cons: Nothing.
