Pros: I love the owners, they are smart, kind, thoughtful and truly care about their patients. They value their employees opinions, are very approachable and are concerned with the work environment and how it effects everyone involved.

Cons: I sometimes feel that they are too generous in many aspects and often that leads to complacency among employees who eventually take advantage of their generosity.
