Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Lakeland, Florida:

Cons: Pay
No AC.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Sarasota:
Pros: Knowing that I can leave soon. Getting a raise oh no thats right being promised a raise then all the newbies running around like its christmas with some getting a 2 dollar increase bring their pay scale to your level after you've been with the company for 5 years and had a couple of raises to get to 12.50 being told that your already maxed out and cap your not getting a raise oh but someone with less experience and less time with the company deserves the same pay so I've worked in the same field for 16 years and a person with 5 years gets the same pay as I do I thought that my raises were here thank you for doing a good job but I was wrong any body can get this pay just need a couple years of experience ( they also believe that they are doing you a favor by giving you over time. At least thats what they said to me.)i work 80 to 100 hours a week to pay for my medical because of their great benifts... Lol.
Cons: Its a company that doesnt protect its employees from contagious elements or discrimination. If you report abuse they might do something about it or they might tell you to drop it or they will send you home depending on who you are. Hopefully your in the favouritism group. No AC in the summer's and being told that I should except it its like this every summer.
