Community Health Network Reviews

What is it like working at Community Health Network?

Registered Nurse (RN) in Indianapolis:
I love working at Community. They are great to their employees; however I wish they had better health insurance. The deductibles are too high. I also don’t like how we have to use our own PTO hours for holidays. It becomes hard to accrue time off around the holidays as a result.
Hard work no management communication.
Life Skills Support Specialist in Indianapolis:
Pros: Independence is nice to have.
Cons: There is no communication. There is a high turnover and those that stay get no benefit over those that are just in and out...
Great Mission, Vision and Values.
Medical Practice Manager in Anderson:
Pros: The CEO Bryan Mills is a wonderful caring mad who has a positive outlook on where he wants us to go. He is a great leader and a genuine man.
Cons: In my opinion there are too many leaders. There is not much decision making at my level. Too many committees and layers to get through and everything moves very slowly.. Hard to get things accomplished.
