Average Hourly Rate for Cl&D Graphics, Inc. Employees

Pros: My direct supervisor is incredibly responsive to my needs. Having 3-4 days off. My job is something that I genuinely find interesting.

Cons: No leniency with being late during awful weather. Often conicting demands from varying shuft supervisors - no clear target on what is required. When suggeations are made tl better the department, it is often met with great resistance from the other end of the week making nothing really lasting. Keeping the area clean is a futile effort since most people won't clean up messes they make in department.
