Pros: Serving patients in the community that are most in need, Pay, Benefits.

Cons: Bureacracy, Poltitcs, Favortism, Unable to do remote nursing work, not enough clinic space, short staffed, no break rooms, no flexibility in work schedule, despite education benefit it is VERY difficult to get reimbursed for classes due to the process. VERY difficult to get time off for higher education unless you are highly favored by your manager. Long-Term staff don't have a process improvement or growth mindset and don't try to improve the system. It's VERY difficult to fire anyone and this brings morale down.
