It sucks, mostly.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Murfreesboro:
Pros: My regular customers are friendly and I genuinely enjoy seeing and doing for them.
Cons: My boss deals with me with a more irion fist due to high expectations and is upset if I need to call out. Most customers treat cashiers like trash. And coworkers rarely respect each other, the company, boss, or rules of the job.

Executive Director in Tempe:
Working for this company was one of the worst experiences of my professional career. Their goals and ideals are horrible and their mentality towards federal adherence is non existent. The only recommendation I would give to anyone interested in work for them is to stay as far away as possible.
You have all the responsibility as a store manager.
