Chartwell's Reviews

What is it like working at Chartwell's?

Payless.
Cafeteria Worker in Fingerville:
Pros: the time availability I have with my kids at home.
Cons: the pay is terrible I don't even get paid what I was told I'd be paid to start off with!
Cook, Institution and Cafeteria in Spartanburg:
I like the work and hours . The pay is not good . They should go on how many years someone has worked for them . They base pay on what the school district gives them to manage . Each district pays there employees different. We all do the same jobs but paid different.
To much paper/computer work as well as cooking.
Unit Manager in Hastings:
Pros: The team
Cons: Pay
Unappreciated.
Cook, Institution and Cafeteria in Pikesville:
Pros: Permanent schedule
Cons: My job uses the unions base pay scale as a reason to not offer individual pay increases.
Reactive and under funded.
