Pros: The interactions with the kids, teachers, and principles, are for the most part productive, kind, and respectful. Many of the buildings have a very warm and inviting environment. There are definitely those that you work with that will go out of their way to make sure that you feel appreciated. The benefits while annoying at times are extremely affordable and very helpful.

Cons: There is no room to go up the ladder and pay is average at best for a non-teacher. It seems to be a "who you know" club if you're looking to advance to a higher position. Knowledgeable, hard working people have been passed over for key positions that make the district run better. In some cases administration can micro-manage causing a tense or adversarial environment.
