CHS, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at CHS, Inc.?

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
12-16 hrs work days without breaks. Management who refuses to provide enough staff to meet needs of patients. Not a safe place to work if you want to keep nursing license. Benefits are awful. $730.00 for family insurance. DON refuses to support her nurses.
You learn things on your own.
Fuel Tanker Driver in Oklahoma City:
Pros: They’re not pushy
Cons: No communication
Patient Care Technician:
The pct's are payed very little, understaffed, overworked, showed no appreciation, for this I give CHS a one star rating. The company seems to be having more people slack of and not care, till employees lean to work as a team , I dont see that it will ever make a positive impact on chs.
Good.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Pros: Autonomy and freedom to make your own schedule.
Cons: The pay scale, no way to further career.
