Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Daly City:
Pros: I like most being able to interact with each individual customer, and help them with their individual needs.
Cons: There isn’t really much that I like about working for the company, it is just a lot of stress trying to meet the company’s goals. There is a lot of expectations to pitch sales to each customer.
The title is a widely used blanket to cover plenty of tasks.

I’ve been with the company over 12 years. Jobs have always seemed appropriately challenging and I feel pay and benefits match job requests. Always opportunity to move around to other roles. If you work hard and are willing to learn, they really do take care of you.
Undervalued.
