Average Hourly Rate for Avantas Employees

Pros: It might seem like Avantas is a no-frills environment. compared to other medium sized companies, Avantas has been great because I am truly respected, coached, groomed for success. The work is fascinating and I enjoy coming to work almost every day (some days can better, but I never regret making the turn into the parking lot like I have in previous jobs). Leadership is transparent and talks to everyone. I also love working with my colleagues.

Cons: the benefits are rather ordinary. I do also wish they would contribute more to an HSA for a high-deductible plan. Currently, the company is going through an "identity change" as we have two major functions: SaaS and Consulting. Often, these appear as two separate businesses and we're working through how to get these to connect so we can meet our company goals which directly align with our annual bonus.
