Automotive Reviews

What is it like working at Automotive?

Good.
Payroll Supervisor in Dammam:
Pros: Interesting
Contract Specialist:
I really enjoy the environment and how Cox likes to give back to the community. The culture is about helping each other as well as the community. Benefits are good but, a little on the high side when it comes to the deductible. Compensation is a little low when compared to other city and states with the same leaving economics.
Automotive work is hard work but I love it.
Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic in Covina:
Pros: Trouble shooting and getting it right
Cons: If I am pressured
Adapting to an evolving industry.
Service Manager Automotive in Collierville:
Pros: Finding problems and educating customers on the failures.
Cons: Long hours
Rewarding and hectic.
Automotive Technician:
Pros: Able to satisfy customers issues with there vehicles and knowing we did it honestly.
Cons: Trying to stay on top of the demands of the everyday consumer and vehicle technology.
Mechanics Are Exploited.
Automotive Service Technician / Mechanic:
Pros: Nothing like fixing the most challenging job to really give you a sense of accomplishment. I look forward to it to keep me on the front line of my trade.
Cons: After performing top notch repairs time and again and proving my worth it just gets expected and never appreciated, in dollar terms. Employers are always looking for "qualified techs" but when they get one they don't want to pay and consistently try to de-value your performance to justify their greed.
