Great! I enjoy working with my co-workers, they are all stand up people.

Pros: The freedom to go down my own path and how they trust my judgement 100%.
Cons: It’s Hot! And sometimes management can be un-organized on projects.
All emplementation that affect employees on the floor are driven by Supervisor.

Pros: Team building and be-productive
Cons: Top Management lack appreciations.
Working at the smaller plant you wear more hats than in an integrated mill with more support. Here your support people want you to do their job.

Pros: Trouble shooting problems
Cons: All the back stabbing and useless paper work.
Challenging but a strong opportunity to learn.
