Could use some work.
Line Cook in Conyers:
No benefits = terrible thoughts, could definitely be better.
It is a busy job very demanding.
Restaurant Manager:
Pros: People I work with and I love cooking.
Cons: Some of the waitress thinking their above the cooks.
Up and down.
Line Cook:
Pros: The hours before they got cut.
Cons: How no one is a team everybody has there own hidden agenda people call off you get pushed into closing.
Fantastic.
Restaurant Manager:
Pros: I can make my own decisions, run my FOH the way I want, hold people accountable, have input, make bonus, hire and fire people.
Cons: I have been over looked 6x for a kitchen manager position because I was told I was took good in the front and I need to be the stability in the store.
