Anthem Reviews

What is it like working at Anthem?

Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst in Los Angeles:
Pros: Benefits
Cons: Always re-org, constantly playing musical-chairs
You must be a self starter, be able to take iniative and take ownership.
Business Consultant in Louisville:
Pros: The people I work with. They are very talented and pleasant to work with.
Cons: The lack of team support. I’m on my own most of the time with figuring out solutions versus having team members to bounce solutions off of.
Decent job with some autonomy, good people, hard to move up.
Senior Graphic Designer in Minneapolis:
Pros: My direct team appreciates me, and I can work independently for most of the day.
Cons: It's a fast pace, with frequent hot deadlines; and it doesn't feel like our local office has any sway with corporate, or ability to reward people who work efficiently and put in extra time. Also, they hire outside art directors, rather than promoting from within which is disheartening.
Senior Systems Analyst:
There is a positive, inclusive, empowering culture at Anthem. The company's employees really are working to make Healthcare higher quality and more affordable. I believe executive leadership cares about the millions of souls that we work for.
