Cons: Don’t expect a lot of training. Management has a tendency to throw people into the water and expect you to figure it out how to swim. Then when you believe you have things in hand, they change the rule book again. Changes wouldn’t be necessarily a bad thing if they would take into account the thoughts of the people actually doing the job but they don’t. Things inevitably devolve into a garbage fire. Communication is nonexistent unless you go seeking it out, but good luck sorting out important memos from the mundane/irrelevant ones as you will consistently be flooded with 100’s of emails a day that do not pertain to you.
