Pros: Patient care. Helping my patients to understand their diagnosis and better understand the need for follow up treatment plan. Easing their worry and always being the familiar face
Cons: I believe I am significantly underpaid for my experience. I would like more education opportunities. I also dislkie that the health care system is a broken system that is abused by many. People and corporations.
Challenging.
