Average Salary for ABS Consulting Employees

Pros: The variety of work and opportunity to learn has been an incredible experience for me early on in my career. My leadership is not afraid to give me additional responsibilities to develop my skills.

Cons: Pay

Pros: Very interesting project. Very little micromanaging.

Cons: It's a big company with very different divisions of consulting ranging from natural/man-made disaster impact design and analysis to risk and reliability assessment. Not all sectors do well in a given 1-3 year period and the thriving sectors will suffer to shore up the weaker sectors. Such is life working for a company with such a range of services, but it's discouraging sometimes.
