What is it like working at ABM Industries, Inc.?
It's great job. Keeps me moving always something to do and I work happiest in my own.
Janitor or Cleaner (but not Maid or Housekeeping Cleaner) in Green Bay:
Pros: The hours, my manager and I work at my own pace and scheudule
Cons: I can't afford rent on my own....
Great place to work however Pay Scale is not fair.

Pros: The opportunity for advancement if it is taken
Cons: I do not think that I am on the correct pay scale
It is okay at most. The job has it's days. You operate at your own pace depensing on your schedule.
Cleaner in Charleston:
Pros: I have the opportunity to work on my own. My level, speed, applying my experience and expertise when needed everyday.
Cons: The traffic flow to restrooms. Also, the facilities employees upkeeping the restrooms behind themselves.
If the pay match the job it would be great.

Generator Technician in Richmond Hill:
Started employment with GCA and now working for ABM. When ABM purchased the GCA contract I was totally disappointed that a work performance evaluation was not done. Several employees have excellent skills in their fields and are not compensated for the extra work assigned, because of other employees do not have the skills to perform their job.
I will recommend to review the job description when hired and compare what has been added to their responsibilities and not compensated fairly.
