Operations Team Leader.
Operations Team Leader in Manila:
Pros: Being a team leader at Chungdahm is a balance of fun and challenge. My members are very cooperative and understanding whenever we face difficulties.
My relationship with my direct supervisor is very satisfying because she's open to whatever's happening in her field of work. She shares future plans of he company with me (those that are allowed to be shared) and it helps me foresee how I will do my job better. She also allows me to do my job however I want, for as long as it won't affect something negatively. I feel her trust on me and I also trust her that she'll beck me up if ever I made an unintentional mistake.
As for the higher management, so far, since having a new Operations Manager, the atmosphere has been quite lively and hopeful. Everyone was willing to work better and improve and the camaraderie among different accounts seems much better compared to before.
Cons: If I will be honest, I hope that Chungdahm would give employees more time to adjust before instructing them to return to the office. I know that the company has given us a lot of opportunities to be able to work from home and to earn, and I'm very thankful for that. However, reporting back to the office with the pandemic still here and having an unvaccinated child and a senior at home, I still feel scared to be exposed to different people everyday during commute or while at the office.
February 2022
Exciting and rewarding opportunities.
Operations Team Leader in Houston:
Pros: The travel experience, in the field.
Cons: The length of contracts are to long.
