Stressed.
Retail Shift Supervisor in Ellsworth:
Pros: interacting with customers and employees
Cons: Adjusting to a conversion from rite aid to walgreens
If the pharmacists positive then the atmosphere is positive.
Pharmacy Technician in Royston:
Pros: Hours flexibility
Cons: Occasionally staying late, but it's compensated with comp time
Too much stress, not enough hours or pay.
Manager Trainee in Lake Wylie:
Pros: The community I work in and a few of my coworkers.
Cons: The company has cut our hours so much that the work has tripled for Management. We now have to basically do the jobs of 3 people with no extra pay and they have cut out bonuses
Revolving doors of retail pharmacy.
Pharmacy Technician in Flint:
Pros: Helping each person and their particular issues(s) and making sure they leave satisfied and their issues resolved is what keeps me going.
Cons: Not much room for advancement passed a technician unless you wish to go back to school to become a Pharmacist.
Great as a launching point, not worth long term.

Pros: Flexible schedule.
Cons: The pay, the pressure, Management's refusal to listen to it's employees.
Stressive at times, and other I am able to relax a bit.

Pros: The Open Door Policy even my current store does follow that policy.
Cons: unable to help upfront when needed quickly and not having more CSA there.
Stressful and people suck.
