Pros: My staff. My customers. My direct supervisor.
Cons: Constant changing of goals. Lack of enough payroll to staff properly. Too much paperwork that needs to be done while on the sales floor since the computer is on the register. This means having to be interrupted continuously if do work during store hours, or having to come in on off hours to complete tasks.

Pros: Working with the staff and helping customers. I enjoy sales and am very good at my job.
Cons: The pay and not being appreciated for my dedication and hard work.
