TCS can offer a lot of good experience and exposure but we are often stuck up in pity politics and favouritism.

Cons: Career growth is completely depend on favouritism. There are too many leaders with difference leadership directions. Back stabbing is considered a positive trait. this often leads to poor team culture and team spirit. Cross organization collaboration is often a failure
