Pros: I was taken on as part of the Stagecoach takeover of the JP travel and told within 5 years we would be getting paid in line with the rest of the Stagecoach in Manchester group, however, this was 7 years ago now and we at the Middleton depot are still not on par with the rest of the Manchester teamed are about £4.00 less per hour than the other 4 depots, 2 of which are in stockport, Cheshire and Ashton tameside respectively
