Cons: Still in somewhat of a chaotic environment. Not really sure what comes next.

Pros: Making my residents happy through engaging activities, and offering a big smile every single day and night.

Cons: Extreme unpredictability, low employee morale, building infrastructure falling apart including bats flying around, mice running through main dining room, huge bee hive in courtyard that could have stung residents, no sense of urgency on the part of most of the CNAS, cleanliness absent except when there would be open house.
