Its hot and sometimes stressfull but the people there treat me like family.

Pros: I love being the general manager and being the one who does all those ditties bc I love a challenge at work.
Cons: I hate that you have to work as a team member while being the general manager. Don't mind helping out but most of the time I am one of the cooks.
Pizza Cook / Chef / Maker:
Pros: I like making good food for people.
Cons: The managers are hired with now experience, rather than promoting an employee qualified for the position. This creates stressful conditions with excellent employees quitting or feeling discouraged due to training the manager.
