Pros: Work remotely.

Cons: Unfair pay "grid" and what you make per hour differs every week. Paid less now than 15 years ago. Penalized for bad dictators/poor audio. Minor errors can cut your pay by hundreds per week.

Pros: Working at home.

Cons: They make you think that you can earn a whole lot of money with incentive, but the scores are skewed and everything I produce goes to India for review. Nuance has cheated me out of several dollars and continues to take money out of my pocket with their business practices (first in and first out that they advertise is untrue). When I complain to management, they throw a pacifier in my mouth and nothing changes (unfair QC, cherry picking, etc.)
