Pros: Exciting, the people are authentic and genuine, learning new things, able to use my skills for a business improvements
Cons: Things are moving slowly due to the red tape in the parent company, incompetent staff and attitude in the parent company
It great to help client manage their KPI's and maintain a profitable manufacturing rate.
