Each office has only one Financial Adviser and one Branch Office Administrator. If the Financial Adviser is a good leader, the office tends to have a good vibe. If the Financial Adviser is immature, inexperienced, etc., the office suffers no matter how good the assistant is. Compensation is low compared to the amount of work both Financial Adviser and Administrative Assistant must accomplish.
