Casual dress policy.
Cons: Don't recognize correct skill of employee and stick them to whereever there is requirement. Work force Management is pathetic.

Cons: Onsite, appraisal, commutation, perks.
Overall its a good experience.

Pros: Due to dynamic changes chances to learn more.
Cons: Too much hierarchy is followed.
