Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc?

Preschool Teacher, (but not Special Education) in Alexandria:
Pros: The children
Cons: You never get off on time.
Daycare Teacher:
Pros: Friendly atmosphere!
Cons: Nothing.
I'm unable to complete my job description duties due to als.
Preschool Teacher, (but not Special Education):
Pros: The children.
Cons: The fact I can't actually stend quality time with my preschoolers due to large amounts of mandatory cleaning, paperwork, etc. Feeling burned out and taken adventage of. I don't get paid enough for this...
Toddler Teacher:
Pros: That I can be myself with the kids.
Cons: Fakeness of employees looking after themself and management not known how to manage.
Professionally Rewarding but under paid.
Teacher Assistant:
Pros: The children. It is very rewarding to help children grow emotionally and physically healthy.
Cons: Low rates. Lunch breaks always late. BH is not a bad company however, I feel they pay bad for all what they ask from their staff. They also charge a lot to parents but they do not share it with their staff that make the business runs. This Is a corporation so the business is first. Heart principles are there in the paper but I feel money and business are first. They have so many things that you could think they are great company but their low pay is more significant than anything else. I think the people they get as workers are many time with low skills to work with children but you get what you pay.
Not Too Bad.
Daycare Teacher:
Pros: The family partnerships, impact on the childs life.
Cons: Stress level, lack of follow through, the lack of evaluations, underpaid.
