Sabre Reviews
What is it like working at Sabre?
Senior Treasury Analyst:
Sabre has a group of remarkable leaders who promote a healthy company culture and excellent performance record. The company product is solid. I was happy to be part of the team and very grateful to my ex-supervisor, who is the best boss I had throughout my career.
The only dissatisfactions that I have are the career development potential and the compensation package. I can't complain about the first one since the structure of the department is flat in nature. However, it was really a struggle to leave a good company when money is one of the predominant reasons. The basic started fine, but the standard annual growth of up to 3% is really a pain. I hate to say that, but everyone knows that it won't be enough for Singapore living standard, but no one seems to do something about it for good performers. Despite my top performance, my already very low 5% variable bonus without AWS has never been fully cashed due to overall company performance, which was such an unfortunate.
