KPMG, LLP Reviews
What is it like working at KPMG, LLP?
KPMG, you'll love people, hate the work.
Associate Auditor in Burlington:
Pros: The people i work with are amazing, and the pay is ok
Cons: The job that i'm doing is pointless and has little to no benefit to society, and i am unable to balance my personal and professional lives
Good pay, little respect.
Senior Technical Writer in Woodcliff Lake:
Pros: autonomy, the actual work I do
Cons: given little respect for my role WRT my degrees and years of experience
Risk Management Consultant in New York:
Not recommended to join Risk Advisory if you desire a meaningful career.
It took 2 months from starting to be placed on an engagement. Then, the 3 engagements I was placed on afterwards were all a month long and a terrible learning experience as a new employee, regardless of my experience level. Further, the client base of the team was unexpectedly poor.
Good.
Marketing Executive in London:
Pros: flexible working, working from home, training, people
Cons: pay
Valuable and challenging learning every day.
Marketing Manager in Calgary:
Pros: The people. The emphasis on work/life balance
Cons: We are so risk adverse and creativity is sometimes stifled
Managing Director, Asset Management:
It is a poorly run company. BUPP did not understand the Asset Management space. Culture is cut throat, not interested in retaining talent and clients. All that they are concerned about is profitability. Their professional ethics leave allot to be desired. No wonder some of their now former partners are being sued by the SEC.
Administrative Assistant:
Pros: The people I work with are great. Some aspects of the job are very interesting. Health benefits. Paid vacation. Lots of personal care time.
Cons: Very low pay.
