Cummins, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Cummins, Inc.?

Diesel Technician in Atlanta:
The Company may be good, but it depends on your region. The Atlanta or Forest Park shop does not treat the employee well at all. If you can handle being yelled at and micromanaged then you will be fine.
It is a great place and as a quality inspector it is a good and strong based place.

Generator Technician in Bothell:

Great easy role in an easy going company.
Sales Analyst in Minneapolis:
Pros: Flexible timing and work from home options, opportunities to get more involved as you see fit.
Cons: Slow to move company and pay is at or below average. Top performers are not compensated above average due to internal policies.
Great place to work, Demanding but fair.
Apprentice, Diesel Mechanic in Schofield:
Pros: Free Education. The greatest benefit in my opinion. The best part of being an apprentice.
Cons: Being the new guy, lowest on the totem pole, the knowledge gap between myself and my coworkers is huge right now.
Regional Sales Director in Atlanta:
Cummins has many excellent qualities. Product is as good as it has ever been and Cummins funds the research and development side of its business aggressively. We also are pursuing other branches of energy production; fuel cells and batteries, and that id good for the future health of the company. The best thing about our company is our constant push to involve everyone within the company to get their input on making this an even better company. That push is ramping up with a new initiative I am pleased to be involved in.
Room for advance.
Administrative Analyst in Columbus:
Pros: being my own boss
Cons: access for employees with mobile disability
