Pros: Very good environment at Nomura Client Side, Very good transport services and food(very low rate), work flexibility is there, learning is good.
Cons: I am working at client location, so sometimes I am not able to attend training, don't have HCL web access at my location.

Pros: Secured.
Cons: Less package, no hikes.
Good.

Pros: Get a chance to work on new technologies.
Cons: No onsite oppurtunities , false promises.
