Warehouse Worker:
Cons: Bad communication over worked ridiculous expectations.
Scrappy is the word.
Sr. Program Manager, Software Applications:
Pros: If I can figure out something that will work and get buy in from the other teams affected to get it done, I can do it.
Cons: The average tenure is so low everyone is still learning all the time.
Boring.
Picker:
Pros: Being able to wear shorts and tennis shoes to work.
Inventory control.
Warehouse Associate:
Pros: The 3 days off vaction and paid time off.
Cons: The work is boring, and repetitive. Favoritism.

Software Development Engineer (SDE):
Pros: Most of the people I work with are smart. If you need to automate something, there's probably already tools out there to do it.
Cons: The open office environment/high density seating makes being productive very challenging. When it comes to employees, the company is a little too frugal.

Cons: Complication.

Pros: The smartest people solving problems with the best technology.
Cons: Fast growth leads to ambiguous knowledge of company and internal politics.
