Amazon.com Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Amazon.com Inc?

Computer / Network Support Technician in Seattle:
Pros: Surrounded by competent and driven people. The team I am on is cohesive and effective
Cons: the pay is pretty poor and compensation relies too heavily on RSUs. The metrics someone in my position needs to meet are on a never ending trend upwards; so if you exceed your metrics one year, the next year the metrics just go up. Pay is not related to meeting/exceeding your metrics.
Make customers happy.
