Cons: Stress.
Empowered to suceed.
Program Manager, IT:
Pros: Telecommuting, travel and versatile job assignments.
Cons: Layoffs.
Good.
SAP Consultant:
Pros: Good to work in this organisation just looking for the better one considering the growth.
Cons: Nothing to say bad about IBM, HAPPY.
Information Technology Specialist:
Pros: All the learning opportunities you ever wanted, trainings courses certifications projects etc.
Cons: Almost all benefits are cut, except for health insurance, no meal vouchers, no bonuses ( this was cut IBM worldwide in 2014), for 3700 employees there is 1 ( one ) relaxation room with room for 3 ! Employees ... Since it was created I have yet to actually benefit from it. There is a chronic and general lack of motivation, and no matter how much you spin your wheels it will take you nowhere, until you your self will lose your motivation. That's why they always put in all job postings that they are searching for self motivated people, because the company will do next to nothing to motivate you.
Work Flexibility.

Pros: Good Corporate Culture, Work Flexibility.
Cons: Job alignment as per skills is very difficult.
Home Office Flexibility.
Sales Representative, Software:
Pros: Good people, great company.
Cons: Don't get paid as well as other people in the industry.
