The good.
Large company, multiple clients, many opportunities to see different fields. Health insurance is pretty decent. It's a good place to start your career.
The bad.
If your starting salary is low, it will be kept low. Don't expect it to raise with skill and experience. Only the threat of leaving will get you a decent raise. You are forbidden from discussing salary with colleagues, as they do not want you to realize how underpaid you are.
Don't expect too much for "annual bonuses" either. They are actually given our every 4-5 years or so, and even then it's around 1% of your gross salary.
This is a company that can hire you for 37½ hours a week, and then suddently shift you to 40 yours a week, while lowering your hourly wage so you make the same amount. You get an idea of the management's mind.
Senior Business Analyst:
My experience hasnt been so good and that is because of my director. But this need not be the case for every project. The pay doesnt increase once you are in. Bargain for a better package before joining such that you wil not be worried about the hike you get later. Few facilities like work from home were available but are no longer available as management has decided to close that option.
Good.
