The firm only recognizes high performing individuals by giving them more work. It doesn't equate to higher compensation. I have consistently worked over 65 hours each week. Vacations are frowned upon on my team. My teams are understaffed and overworked. Moral is at its lowest.
Good place to develop yourself.
