Sodexo, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Sodexo, Inc.?

Below Average pay.
Pastry Chef in Buffalo:
Pros: Flexibility of client business schedule
Cons: Below average market value pay for postion
Good sometimes stressful at other times , labor shortages make things difficult at times.
Dietary Aide in North Wilkesboro:
Pros: I like working with the public.
Cons: Interactions with other employees can be difficult because fellow employees feel over worked & under paid , sometimes their anger is released onto the people they work with, but because of the labor shortage people aren't held accountable for their actions because they can't spare the person so any behavior no matter how bad it might be is tolerated.
Good Environment; Poor Pay.
Kitchen Manager in Yukon:
Pros: Being off work in time to pick up my child from school, off on school holidays.
Cons: Inconsistent hours for school closures, low pay
I'm a manager.
Front Desk Agent in Norman:
Pros: My staff and the patrons we serve
Cons: Management decisions from a general manager that is never on site
Food Service Manager in Chehalis:
Pretty good company for diversity. Slow at getting tech problems fixed and not current. Pay is ok but could be better. Sometimes they do reward employees for job well done which is great. Room for advancement. Need to restructure bonus qualifying employees.
Its okay.
Barista in Murray:
Pros: The flexibility and the positive coworkers
Cons: Some people are given raises and promotions based on family relations.
On weekdays you have time to take breaks. On weekends not a chance because the workload is overwhelming.
Dietary Cook in Cathedral City:
Pros: Some of the people I work with make it worthwhile.
Cons: The weekends working by myself preparing for the patients and the cafeteria. No time for any type of break because if you stop for lunch for example, you have to make up for lost time.
