Average Salary for Idemia Employees in Philippines

Pros: The people on my team and teams that work on our related SaaS product are great and work well together. The work is typically low stress. I get to work with some interesting technologies and on interesting problems.

Cons: Pre COVID-19, what I liked least was that it is in the company's best interest to lobby government entities for new legislation that favor our business. Post COVID-19, the company has become a bit anti-employee, claiming that measures must be taken in order for the business to survive, without providing any details. So it is difficult to say if their claims are true, or if the equity firm that owns us is just squeezing cash when there is a significant reduction in cash flow. In other words, they haven't been transparent enough about the need versus the enforcement. For instance, forced PTO usage, no cost-of-living raises, significantly reduced bonuses, and increased benefit cost. Additionally after the first 2-3 months of COVID-19 they have become increasingly unfriendly to work being done remotely, insisting on a "we work better together" mantra. For 3+ years now, senior leadership has said they will develop a uniform remote work policy, and this still has not been done.
