Valuable.
Control Systems Engineer in Houston:
Pros: Interacting with other engineering disciplines, managers, client and vendors without restrictions to get my job done effectively.
Cons: Sometimes lack of company's training that has been needed to success projects so in that case it has been own training (extra own time) but it has not been a problem for me.
Reasonable.
