Average Salary for Skyline Employees in New Zealand

Pros: The space and confidence they have in me to do my job

Cons: Not much of a complainer so I think all is well

Pros: The residents that are there. The staff, not so much.

Cons: The negativity that goes on with the people that works there. Management does get rid of the rotten apples but instead would rather keep them around to continually become more toxic to the good employees there. Also many people at Skyline employees are not competent, they shouldn’t even be working there at all. We need competent people to help care for our seniors!
