The best company I've worked at in the last 15 years. Good management style and a good attitude to managed risk, which is hard to find in the financial services industry. In other words they're not petrified by change and welcome it as long as it has a tangible benefit. People are good and the culture is very professional but relaxed with very little office politics in my area. Pay could be a little better but the benefits are very good.
