Stressful with more than you bargained for.
Marketing Director in Ottawa:
Pros: Creativity in marketing campaigns
Cons: No real direction on how to do things properly. Everything takes three times longer than it should. Understaffed
Dynamic.
Director, Marketing & Business Development in Phoenix:
Pros: The freedom to create and implement solutions around marketing, graphic design, business development, team building and create strong relationships with my team and clients.
Cons: That we don't have the money available to pay people what they are worth and people have to self advocate to get raises/ promotions rather than the company being proactive in that.
Building & Facility Manager:
The company is very safety Focused. They are willing to give you all of the tools needed to do your job. Plenty of PTO, benefits are average, they do pay good. Management OK "no micromanaging" I would recommend C&W to anyone looking secure employment, for me it's a good place to work and a good job.
