Schneider Electric Ltd Reviews

What is it like working at Schneider Electric Ltd?

Challenging and responsible.
Finance & Administration Manager in Johannesburg:
Pros: Working times flexibility, and my job. Love the interaction
Cons: Remuneration to be fair, would love to retire in this company if treated fairly
Firmware Engineer in Wokingham:
There are positives and there are negatives. IT in UK's part of the company is a total disaster - you can count only on yourself, things take ages. On positive there are certain freedoms how you do the work. Pay was good, but it's not any more as raises are way below inflation. Good benefit is hefty pension.
Marketing Director in Andover:
I have been working for Schneider Electric for 6+ years. The company values diversity, promotes females in leadership position and cares greatly about sustainability. I have met a lot of great employees coming from around the globe.
Too much work, not enough compensation.
Hardware Engineer in Charlotte:
Pros: It is challenging and always evolving, new things to learn everyday.
Cons: frequently working more than 50 hours a week to meet deadlines. compensation is too low for the amount of work.
Overloaded.
Customer Care Specialist in Central:
Pros: efficiency
Cons: Did not prioritize what to do, add on extra workload even understaffed
Software Engineer in Chicago:
Schneider Electric has a great corporate message and top tier benefits. Their 'growth through acquisitions' strategy however makes the large company more fractured than it should be, which can be difficult.
If you want to move up, step up!
Technical Project Manager in Ottawa:
Pros: Being exposed to so many different projects and applications.
Cons: Sometimes process took longer than it should
