Good culture, perks, and challenging work.
Management Consultant:
Pros: Good culture, vision and mission but still at high level. Did not trickle down to day to day routine.
Cons: Hiper growth strategy results in focus on numbers only. Put culture at risk.

Cons: The traveling is brutal at times.

Pros: I learn a lot about different companies and industries by working on their tax returns. I get to work with a diverse group of people. Good perks.
Cons: Uncertain hours. Draining busy seasons. Work is not very flexible at least at my level. Can be stressful at times.
