Technical Architect in Raleigh-Durham:
Company culture and values are excellent. Great competitive compensation and benefits. My immediate management and colleagues were always great. Generally speaking I think culture and management in RTP campus is better, less cut throat than in San Jose. For example Insieme business unit in San Jose seems to have a really bad and aggressive work culture and management.
I enjoyed my 19 years and would certainly recommend Cisco as a great workplace. Do note though that they do very frequent layoffs.
Great place to work in terms of infra and facilities.
